Vegan Food - The easiest Way!

Good morning to all,

So as I was browsing the Internet I came across something pretty spectacular. A Vegan Delivery Service, which delivers food in the Los Angeles Area. I have not tried it out myself, but as soon as I do I will keep you posted.
Here is a link for you to check out..
http://www.veginout.com/

It sounds pretty cool. They deliver 10 meals and they last you about 7 days. Vegan Delivery, what's next? Vegan, Vegetarian & Organic 24 hour Fast Food.. oh I hope so, that would be AMAZING... It's sad how only the most unhealthy places tend to be open all night. I realize health conscious people tend to not eat past a certain time, but I've been out late and hungry and the only thing open are McDonalds and Del Taco?! Yeah no thank you, not much options there!

So I will keep you posted if I find more!

Till then,

Enjoy a lovely drizzly morning :)

Vegetable Delight - Granada Hills

So, I did not want to leave you on such a negative note, although the meat industry does frustrate the daylights out of me. Yet, on a more positive note - There is an amazing restaurant in Granada Hills called "Vegetable Delight." It's Asian Vegan Cuisine and it is fabulous! My mom, who is neither vegetarian nor vegan (but does like organic and health food), appeared skeptical at first. She did not want to go and I had to drag her there. However, after 1 visit she made me take her there 8 times in 2 weeks. Talk about great first impressions - They sure know how to lure you into coming back.
Here is a link to their website

Check it out and if you do get a chance to go there, my absolute favorite appetizer are the Vegetable Spring Rolls. Also the soy veggie chicken tastes a little better than the gluten veggie chicken in my opinion and my favorite veggie meat is the lamb with a lot of vegetables. I tend to create my own meal when there nowadays.
I will post more on this wonderful restaurant soon, until then I hope you look at their website!

Peace, Love, and Goodnight :)

Food Inc - The Movie

The meat industry truly disgusts me. It's a multi-billion dollar industry and the animals' well-being is completely overlooked. Sure, you might use excuses such as  "Other animals eat animals as well", " God put animals on this earth for humans to eat", or even "Our grandparents ate meat and they were perfectly fine." Whatever your excuse, OPEN YOUR EYES TO THE TRUTH..  because 1. I have never seen a Lion shove a billion chickens in a tiny cage for their whole life and burn their beaks off" .. other animals eat other animals but they let them live their life in a natural way beforehand .. THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE! .. so 2. God might have put animals on this earth for us, but I doubt he meant for us to treat them in such inhumane and cruel ways as we have been and ignorantly pretend it's not happening..  Plus since it's all about money and profit, I doubt God wanted us using animals and mistreating them in order to become rich, that's my opinion, and 3. Sure our grandparents might have eaten meat, but back in their day a lot of them raised their own animals and it was not such a commercialized way of eating. They got their products from local places and they knew where their food came from. SO WAKE UP and SEE that those are not good excuses because THERE IS A MAJOR FLAW in all of them.

So with that being said, I realize there is a movie coming out soon that might be interesting for my fellow organic, vegetarian, and vegan lovers to see.  Here's the trailer

Hope you enjoy

Peace & Love

Hey there,

Welcome to my first blog. I'm new to this so bare with me, but what I can say is that I am truly passionate about organic items, toxic-free, vegan, vegetarian, healthy, and beautiful products. This blog primarily will discuss different restaurants and products I try out and what I think about them. Hope you enjoy and find something useful for yourself :)
Here is a little glimpse to what is to come:
A website that I have come to enjoy very much is www.happycow.net - you can find almost any vegan/vegetarian restaurant in any location. It's pretty delicious! :)
